Vacancy for Office Administrator at Meridian Trust

Salary: Meridian Trust Grade 5, Point 5 £11,876

Hours: 20 hours per week, working Monday-Friday, 39 weeks per year (term time plus 5 days).

We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Office Administrator at Meridian Trust Head Office located in Sawtry. This key role will manage the day to day running of the Meridian Trust Head Office including post, welcoming of visitors, supporting room booking, organising hospitality, be the ‘go to’ for all office staff to request any stationery items and other requirements.

The Opportunity

  • To provide diary management and administrative support to COO and Directors
  • Filtering of telephone calls and visitors, dealing with enquiries, making appointments, arranging conferences and meetings
  • Act in accordance with legal provisions regulating confidentiality and security of data and information in accordance with GDPR regulations.

The ideal candidate

  • Have a good educational background with evidence of CPD.
  • Working knowledge of a range of software packages.
  • Awareness of child protection issues.
  • High level of personal organisation skills.
  • Possess outstanding communication skills and personal integrity.
