Office Administrator job summary
2 positions available:
1 position Monday and Tuesday for 2 days 8am - 4pm, 15 hours per week term time plus INSET (39 weeks), actual salary £9,042 - £9,788
1 position Wednesday, Thursday and Friday for 3 days 8am - 4pm, 22.5 hours per week term time plus INSET (39 weeks), actual salary £13,563 - £14,682
Nonsuch Primary School are seeking to appoint an experienced, enthusiastic and motivated individual to work in the role of Administration Officer in our busy School Office. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for all visitors to the school so excellent communication skills and the ability to offer a warm welcome are a must. You will be supporting staff, pupils and parents with all administrative aspects of school life.
Reporting to the Office Manager you will be:
- Proactive
- Flexible
- Able to multi-task and work on your own initiative
- Have a high level of IT literacy and the ability to pick up new systems quickly
- Have a commitment to promote and safeguard the welfare of children
