Office Administrator job summary

Our Lady of the Magnificat MAC are looking to recruit an Office Administrator based at St Mary's Catholic Primary School.

This is a fixed term, part-time position, working term time only plus 3 TED days (39 weeks per year). 14 hours per week

The successful candidate will:

    • Maintain a welcoming reception, handling calls, messages, enquiries, and supporting pupils.
    • Manage visitors professionally, following safeguarding procedures and informing staff of arrivals.
    • Support office tasks, including post, supplies, record-keeping, and meeting minutes.
    • Assist with admin duties, such as updating noticeboards, planners, badges, and the website.
    • Help ensure school safety and organisation by supporting the Office Manager.
