Office and Finance Manager

Didcot Primary Academy, part of Omnia Learning Trust, is seeking an Office and Finance Manager to lead our school’s administrative, financial and operational functions. This is a pivotal leadership role at the heart of our school, offering the successful candidate the opportunity to shape systems, drive efficiency, and make a tangible difference to pupils, families and staff.

Working closely with the Principal and Trust Business Manager, you will ensure that the school runs smoothly, professionally and in full compliance with statutory and Trust requirements.

About the Role

As Office and Finance Manager, you will lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the school office while overseeing finance, HR administration, premises, compliance and communication systems.

You will be responsible for ensuring that all administrative and financial processes are robust, efficient and aligned with Trust expectations, while creating a welcoming and highly professional front-facing environment for pupils, parents and stakeholders.

The role also offers training, CPD as well as the potential for future growth and expanded responsibilities for the right candidate.

  • High-level organisational skills and the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Confidence in using ICT systems, including MIS and financial software.
  • A commitment to safeguarding, confidentiality and continuous professional development.
