This is an exciting opportunity for a friendly and hardworking Admin Assistant to join the office team at West Earlham Junior School.

Key elements of this role include daily reception duties; being the first point of contact for parents, visitors and children; undertaking general and financial administration; first aid for children; administration of after school clubs and school trips.
We are looking for someone with:
- Excellent communication skills.
- A flexible and friendly approach.
- Good organisational skills.
- Experience of working in a school office or similar role.
- The ability to problem solve and manage changing priorities and work with the team and be self-motivated.
- Previous experience of Pupil Asset or Star Accounts (not essential)
