Contract: Part time, permanent, at least 42 weeks per year

The Opportunity – Office Lead:

We are looking for a professional, proactive, organised and friendly person to lead our Office Team. The successful candidate will be part of a welcoming and dynamic school community, liaising with parents, children and staff. This role requires a person to be confident with using various IT systems / computer applications. The successful candidate will ideally have school-based experience and a proven ability to operate in a fast paced environment and have strong communication skills.

The successful candidate will be required to positively and actively contribute to our wider school ethos, building strong relationships enabling effective co-ordination of the administrative aspect of school life.

This role is for 42 weeks per annum (term time only including 5 inset days, plus 3 weeks through school closure periods). The hours for this role will be 8.30 to 16.30, Monday to Thursday and 8.30 - 16.00 on Fridays with a 1 hour lunch break.
