The Role

Are you an experienced, proactive operational leader ready to make a high-value impact at the heart of our vibrant school community? As Office Manager, you will lead and empower our dedicated administrative team—overseeing reception, student services, reprographics, and school trips—while delivering vital, high-level confidential support to the Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team.

In this key term-time role (37 hours per week), you will streamline day-to-day office operations, manage key information systems, and foster a welcoming environment grounded in our core values of respect, determination, and community.
