Office Manager - two positions available

Location:

1. Alderman Cogan’s Church of England Primary Academy

2. St Andrews (soon to be part of Ebor Academy Trust)

Hours: 35 hours per week, 8.00am - 4.00pm Monday - Friday during the school term time

Salary: £30,023 - £32,578

Actual salary: £24,577 - £26,668

Contract: Permanent

We are looking for an Office Manager who is highly competent in running a school office and leading the admin team. You will closely with our Operational Business Partners to provide smooth and efficient administration support to the school.

About you

As an Office Manager in a school office you will,

Be a confident in using a wide range of IT systems

Have strong communication skills

Have the ability to manage and lead the admin function within the school

Have the ability to manage your work load and support the admin team efficiently

Have excellent record keeping skills
