Office Manager and PA to the Principal job summary
We are looking for someone who is highly motivated, organised and enthusiastic who will hold a crucial role in welcoming parents, dealing with pupils and ensuring the highest standards of care, safety and security for all.
The successful candidate will work under the direction of the Principal. This is a fantastic opportunity for an inspiring and dedicated experienced administrator to join us at an exciting time in our development.
Core purpose
To provide a confidential service to the Principal and the Staff team
To act as an ambassador for the Trust in all matters
To advocate the ethos and values of the Trust at all times

Excellent organisational skills and comprehensive diary management
The post will be 37 hours per week term time plus 1 week (40 weeks) Monday - Thursday 8.15 am - 4.15 pm and Friday 8.15 am - 3.45 pm.
