Office Manager job summary

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team at Astrea Academy Sheffield. We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to help warmly welcome our community into the school and support the invaluable work we deliver.

The successful applicant will provide high quality business support administration to ensure the smooth running of the school in line with the priorities of the Operations Manager. This is a unique opportunity for you to join a supportive, hardworking, caring team. Every day is different, but every day is rewarding.

Our ideal candidate has:

  • Experience in a busy administrative role
  • Knowledge of school systems and a variety of IT systems
  • The drive to make a different
  • The ability to handle information in accordance with GDPR principles, dealing with confidential and sensitive information
