Beeston Fields Primary School and Nursery, is part of The Flying High Partnership which is a Multi Academy Trust of 35 primary schools across Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire and Nottingham City. Your core duties will be:

  • Lead the school office to provide administrative and other support to meet the operational needs of the school
  • Manage the recruitment, appraisal and development of the support staff - office, premises etc
  • Provide guidance and support to colleagues, governors, parents/carers and business contacts with regard to policies, processes and services connected to the school
  • Undertake personnel administration and resolves issues
  • Provide financial support to trust and school colleagues
