Location: Based at Boringdon Primary School

Grade/Salary: Grade E

Hours: 32.5 hours per week, 41 weeks per year

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Trust at Boringdon Primary School.

Boringdon Priamry School is a two-form entry school in Plympton. Our most recent Ofsted inspection took place in November 2023 and judged us overall to be a 'Good' school. We are looking to appoint a Primary Operations Manager to join our dedicated team as soon as possible.

The Office Manager is responsible for their own workload and supports the effective operation of the trust and works to uphold and promote its vision and values.

The Office Manager is responsible for undertaking a range of administrative, financial and organisational processes within the school. They ensure effective co-ordination and integration of administrative and support functions within the Primary School setting.

The post holder will support the school’s day-to-day resources, which includes; its facilities, property, health and safety, ICT, catering, and other administrative services. They will manage all aspects of the resources in these areas, from the people, diverse projects, and preparation of management information and monitoring of performance against targets.
