We areseekingan organised,proactiveand highly professionalOffice Managerto join us at Chalk Hill Academy. This is a varied andimportant roleproviding a comprehensive administration and site management service, acting asa central pointof contact for staff, students, parents,contractorsand visitors while ensuringhigh standardsof safeguarding,confidentialityand customer service.

The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day administration of the school, including attendance monitoring, communications, student records, HR and recruitment administration, finance processes,admissionsand Annual Reviews. You will also coordinate premises and Health & Safety matters, work closely with the Caretaker and Estates Team, and provide effective administrative support to the Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team. Where required, the role will include line management responsibilities for administration and premises staff, including supporting recruitment, induction,performanceand wellbeing.

We are looking for someone with strong administrative and organisational skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritise a varied workload effectively. You should be confident using Microsoft Office and general office systems, have experience of relevant office and finance procedures, and understand the importance of safeguarding, Health &Safetyand confidentiality. Knowledge of school systems such as Arbor, CPOMS, Medical Tracker and Every would beadvantageous.
