37 hours per week, 42 weeks per year

We are looking to appoint a highly organised and professional person to join our Trust as an Office Manager.This would be a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to progress in their area and who is highly motivated and aspirational with exceptional prioritising and problem-solving skills.
The role is being recruited to provide the Trust with additional office management capacity, covering school office leader absence, and working across our school network maintaining consistency to school operations at times of absence, training, secondments etc. The successful person would be required to travel and work in multiple workplaces or give support to the day-to-day operations of the busy school office. As the Trust grows or a vacancy arises, this role will become fixed to one school location.
The postholder will need experience of working in an education environment and willbe educated to a high standard in Maths and English with an excellent standard of grammar, punctuation and spelling.
You will also be experienced in the use of ICT applications relevant to the post, i.e. Teams, Word, Excel, Power Point, Publisher.
We are looking for someone who has:
- Is flexible and can work from one or multiple workplace locations in the Trust
- Has excellent communication skills
- Is highly organised and is able to prioritise work effectively
- Has experience of working in a team and managing others
- Has good financial management understanding and has used finance and budgeting systems
- Is a great team player with a great sense of humour
