Office Manager job summary

We are looking for an Office Manager to beresponsible for overseeing the daily administration of the school office (including line managing administrative staff) and supporting the Head of School.

The successful candidate will demonstrate a creative, solution focused approach to the role, will thrive in a busy working environment but stay calm and focused under pressure. The role will involve using Arbor and requires excellent ICT skills. The hours to be worked are:

Monday: 8.00 am – 4.15 pm*

Tuesday: 8.00 am – 4.00 pm*

Wednesday: 8.00 am – 4.00 pm*

Thursday: 8.00 am – 4.15 pm*

Friday: 8.00 am – 3.00 pm*

* Includes 30 mins for lunch.

If you are a team player, efficient, organised, an excellent communicator and have proven leadership and management skills in a school office we would love to hear from you.

Numeracy and literacy skills to NVQ level 2 or GCSE grades: A-C/9-4 are required for this position.
