Office Manager/School Secretary job summary

Aboyne Lodge are looking for the right person for a full-time, permanent role at the heart of the school's operations. This position leads and oversees all administrative functions — spanning HR and payroll, premises management, health and safety, safeguarding, and some finance — while serving as a key point of contact for staff, parents, pupils, and external agencies. The successful candidate will bring strong organisational skills and a commitment to supporting our calm, inclusive school community. We are a small and caring school, who are flexible and able to adapt to different situations as they arrive. We place great importance on teamwork and having a good sense of humour which we see as vital to working in a small team We welcome applications from candidates with admin experience. We are looking for the right person so welcome those with lots of experience in schools or none at all. We warmly welcome visitors.
