  • Support HR processes including recruitment, induction, absence recording, and maintaining the Single Central Record
  • Coordinate health and safety checks, site maintenance, and compliance activities
  • Ensure safeguarding and safer recruitment practices are followed at all times

What We’re Looking For:

  • Has excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Is confident using Microsoft Office, email, internet, and school systems (SIMS/Arbor)
  • Communicates clearly and warmly with staff, parents, and visitors
  • Can manage multiple priorities and remain calm under pressure

  • Has a smart, professional approach and a good sense of humour!

We can offer you:

The support needed to continue your own professional development

The opportunity to work with a close-knit, enthusiastic and hard-working team of staff who are committed to providing the very best for each individual in their care

The opportunity to inspire our caring and highly-motivated children through engaging learning.
