This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with strong administrative skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for supporting the smooth operation of the school.

Role Overview:

As the school Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative functions of the school office. This includes managing office staff, ensuring the smooth operation of school systems, and acting as the primary point of contact for staff, parents, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities of the role include:

  • Provide a welcoming, professional point of contact for visitors, parents, and staff.
  • Manage school communication, including school dojos, emails, and phone calls.
  • Line management of the administration team.
  • Coordinate school events, meetings, and other special projects.
  • Provide support to the school leadership team.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
  • Handle enquiries and requests from parents and external agencies

Please note, this role will require an enhanced DBS with barred list check and full references to be obtained before any job offer can be confirmed.

This role is intended to be an all year round position, with hours banked to allow time off during school holidays. This can be discussed further at the interview stage.
