We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Office and Operations Manager to provide strategic leadership across the school’s business and operational functions. This pivotal role oversees administration, health and safety, first aid provision, and the effective management of the school’s PFI estate, ensuring all services are delivered efficiently, compliantly, and in line with Trust policies and procedures.
You will play a key role in driving high standards across operational services, managing staff, and ensuring a safe, well-maintained, and responsive school environment that supports teaching and learning.
This is a dynamic and evolving role requiring a flexible and proactive individual who can adapt to the changing needs of the Academy. The successful candidate will be confident in managing complex contractor relationships, particularly within a PFI environment, and committed to delivering high-quality support services.
