One Year Fixed Term Class Teacher job summary

Lodge Farm School is on an upward trajectory, with clear areas to develop, and this is an exciting opportunity to join the school at a time of growth and development. An opportunity has arisen to join our ambitious school team for a one year fixed-term period. The post is available from September 2026.

We are looking for a qualified teacher who:

  • Is a highly motivated classroom practitioner with high expectations of themselves and others
  • Demonstrates excellent interpersonal skills, promoting positive and respectful relationships
  • Is a team player, with a positive work ethos and is committed to raising standards across the school
  • Shares our desire to maintain and build upon the school’s caring and nurturing ethos with the welfare of the children and staff at the heart of everything that we do
  • Is committed to safeguarding, child protection and mental wellbeing for all
  • Has good organisational skills and excellent time keeping
