From 01 September 2025
We are looking for a colleague with exceptional administrative and communication skills, to take active responsibility for the smooth running of Alcester Grammar School - both during the school day, and at our many evening events when we welcome visitors onsite.
As a senior member of our Admin team, the successful candidate will work closely alongside the Principal and Finance and Operations Director.
Person Specification
Key Accountabilities
Coordinate and attend all major school events e.g. Open Evenings, Parent Information Evenings, Parents’ Evenings etc
Risk assess all of the above and other in-school activities/events as required
Coordinate and oversee room and food bookings across the school
Act as the contact for school buses/transport providers
Support SLT with ensuring that staff duties are covered - this will include being part of the daily duty team
Co-ordinate First-Aid and Medical Provision across the school
Emergency evacuation procedures and drills
Uniform shop link
Health and Safety Coordination of departments beyond the Site Team
Work with the Principal on school policy coordination
Provide any other support needed for school operation, as requested by the Principal or Finance
and Operations Director

- Experience of working in a school or other educational environment
