What skills and experience we're looking for

The post holder will work will closely with the operations manager to ensure that Highfields is a safe and compliant site. The successful candidate will be resourceful, inspirational and forward thinking.

We wish to appoint a colleague to this post who has:

Highfields is a vibrant and popular school split over 2 sites with approximately 1300 students, including 200 in our sixth form. Our students are friendly and highly motivated.
