Operations Assistant job summary

Overall Purpose

To provide professional, efficient, and flexible operational support across both pupil welfare and attendance and school compliance and site operations.
The role ensures that pupils are cared for, attendance is accurately monitored, and the Schools Operations Manager (SOM) is supported in maintaining safe, compliant, and well-organised operational systems across the federation.

    This post involves regular contact with children and is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974.
