Operations Business Partner (OBP)
Location: Home-based with travel to cluster Hull and ER schools and occasionally to our York Head Office
Hours: Monday - Friday, 37 per week, to be worked during the school term time plus two additional weeks in the school holidays
Salary: £35,570 - £40,444
Actual salary: £32,149 - £36,555
Contract: Permanent

We are looking to appoint an Operations Business Partner (OBP) to join our existing team.
Each OBP works with a cluster of schools, their Headteachers and admin teams, forming a bridge with our Trust Central Services Team.
We are looking for an OBP to support a group of schools in our Hull and East Riding primary schools. The role is home-based, requiring regular travel to cluster schools and occasional travel to our head office (currently in Osbaldwick, York) and other schools within the Trust.
About you
As an OPB within our Trust you will,
Have a proven track record working within a school or Multi-Academy Trust
Be confident in using a wide range of relevant school systems
You will have the ability to manage your own work load and prioritise tasks
You will work closely with other OBPs, sharing information and advice to help and support others
You will support Senior Leadership Teams within schools with the everyday running of the school, providing a fast and efficient point of contact.
