Edenthorpe Primary Academy is seeking a dedicated Operations Manager to oversee and enhance the day-to-day running of our academy, ensuring everything behind the scenes supports outstanding teaching and learning.

About the RoleAs Operations Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the academy. You’ll lead on site management, health and safety, compliance, administration, and support financial processes. Working closely with senior leaders, you’ll help create a safe, welcoming, and inspiring environment for pupils, staff, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the day-to-day operational functions of the academy
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and statutory requirements
- Manage site services, contractors, and facilities
- Support budget monitoring and financial procedures
- Lead on administrative systems and support services
- Build strong relationships with staff, parents, and external partners
- A highly organised and solution-focused individual
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience in operations, facilities, or school business management (desirable)
