- Friday: 8:00am - 3:30pm

Kingfisher Primary Academy is a thriving two-form entry school with a 52-place nursery, located in the heart of Doncaster. As part of the Astrea Academy Trust, we are proud to serve a wonderfully diverse community of children aged 3-11. We place the success and wellbeing of our pupils at the centre of everything we do. About the Role:
As Operations Manager, you will play a vital role in overseeing the non-teaching aspects of school life, including site management, health and safety, compliance, administration, and supporting financial processes. You’ll work closely with senior leaders to ensure our school continues to be a safe, welcoming, and inspiring place to learn and work.

Kingfisher is a fantastic academy that places great importance on the success of its pupils. Children are assessed regularly and effective support ensures children make progress. An innovative curriculum has been designed to ensure that children take part in exciting lessons and that they play an active part in their own learning. A number of extra curricular clubs ensure that children have access to a range of enriching activities.
As an academy we love working with parents and have an increasing army of volunteer helpers who support us during the school day. We value the opinions of children in school and they have their own council. The council has regular meetings and discuss a wide range of issues.
Kingfisher is a two form entry academy (420 places) with a 52 place nursery.
