The role:
We are looking to appoint a dedicated Operations Manager to manage a range of business support functions to ensure the effective operation of activities and act as the main liaison for professional services between the Trust Central team and the school.
The person:
The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, hardworking and organised. They will have experience of working in a school environment and in a customer service focused role. We are looking for someone who has the confidence to develop and improve the service provided within the school and manage and motivate colleagues.
