Facilities Operations Officer job summary

Cambrian Learning Trust (CLT) are seeking to appoint an Facilities Operations Officer to support with day-to-day administration and reporting on Facilities, Compliance and Health and Safety across the Trust and its Schools.

This role is an exciting opportunity to help support the provision of a healthy, safe and sustainable environment for outstanding teaching and learning in our schools.

We are looking for a candidate who has:

• The ability, through demonstrable administration experience, to effectively support the Trust and its Schools with their responsibilities in health and safety, with a keen eye for detail to monitor performance in these areas;
• Understanding of Health and Safety principles, or a willingness to develop in this area;
• Excellent communication, numeracy, literacy and ICT skills;
• A background in or willingness to undertake report writing and data analysis across a range of areas, to support with health and safety, contracts and project management;
• Strong organisational skills, with a solutions-focused and self-motivated approach to tasks;
• A vision and commitment to supporting the development of an organisational culture in which health and safety is prioritised and informs strategy, planning and decision making
• A full clean driving licence with a willingness to travel regularly between our 18+ schools
