Position: Out of School - Breakfast Club
Contract: Fixed Term until 31st August 2027
Hours per week: 3 hours 45 minutes per week (38 weeks - Term time only)
Scale: Scale 2 Point 4-5 (Depending on qualifications and experience)
Actual Salary: £2,129.56 - £2,163.21

Support, Motivate and Nurture - Out of School Club Assistant Wanted!
Are you an efficient and energetic Club Assistant? Winter Gardens Academy, part of the South Essex Academy Trust (SEAT), is looking for an Out of School Club Assistant for Breakfast Club to join our dynamic team!
At SEAT, we believe in belonging, compassion, curiosity, and empowerment—values that shape our commitment to excellence in education. In this role, you will welcome, energise and support pupils as they settle into the morning, overseeing breakfast routines and play time while ensure a safe, nurturing, and positive start to their day.
You will be working 3 hours, 45 minutes per week; Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 7:15am - 8:30am, term time only.
