Role: PA to Headteacher at Middlewich High School

Salary: Grade 5, £22,640 - £24,131 (FTE £25,584 - £27,269)

Contract type: Permanent, Term time plus 2 weeks (40 weeks per year)

Reporting to: Headteacher

About the Role

The PA to the Headteacher within the Academy plays a crucial role in facilitating the effective functioning of the Academy’s leadership. The post holder coordinates complex administrative and organisational requirements, ensuring the Headteacher and SLT are able to focus on leading the highly successful Academy.

What we are looking for

  • Experience of working in an administrative role is essential
  • Experience of supporting executive / leadership roles in a PA capacity is desirable
  • Experience of working in education is desirable
  • You must be highly organised, with strong communication skills and have an ability to build effective rapport with stakeholders
  • You must have a strong sense of initiative and be able to plan and prioritise work
  • An ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion is essential.
