Hours: 37 hours per week, 39 weeks per year (Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm Monday to Thursday 8am to 3.30pm Friday, term time only)
Salary : Grade F – Points 9 to 11 (£26,409 to £27,711) DOE FTE
Actual Salary: £22,715 - £23,835 pro rata

We are looking to appoint a highly organised and pro-active individual with a passion for managing recruitment processes and supporting leadership teams to join our Admin team at Kingsbury Green Academy.
Kingsbury Green Academy, which is part of the successful Ascend Learning Trust, opened its doors for the first time on the 5th of September 2019. We are an ambitious, forward thinking 11-18 Academy situated in a beautiful location on the outskirts of Calne in Wiltshire.
As a key member of our organisation, you will play a pivotal role in supporting both recruitment process for the school, alongside the Senior Leadership Team’s day to day operations. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys a diverse range of tasks. Candidates must have strong attention to detail.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a high level of commitment with excellent attendance and punctuality, enthusiasm and strong ICT skills. Ideally, candidates should have experience of working with young people and be willing to actively seek to develop their own learning to enhance the service delivered.
