What skills and experience we're looking for
Are you a professional, proactive, and supportive individual looking to make a difference in a busy secondary school setting?
We are looking to appoint a professional and supportive individual, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, to deliver a professional, efficient and effective administrative support service to the Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team. The successful candidate will work in accordance with the school’s agreed policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation, maintaining confidentiality and high professional standards at all times in this busy and varied role.
As the PA to the Headteacher, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of the Headteacher’s office, managing a range of responsibilities.
We are looking for someone who:
Has exceptional attention to detail and can manage competing priorities under pressure
Demonstrates strong communication skills and can build effective relationships with a range of stakeholders
Handles sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality
Works proactively and is able to anticipate the needs of the Headteacher
