Would you like to join the staff team of an expanding Alternative Provision Multi-Academy Trust?

Solihull Alternative Provision Academy, part of the Solihull Alternative Provision Multi Academy Trust (SAPMAT) is an alternative provision where we provide innovative solutions for a number of students for whom mainstream education is simply not working (for a range of reasons). In our short lifetime thus far we have grown considerably and continue to expand as our provision evolves.

As we have developed we would like to recruit a committed, passionate and talented staff who provides a fully confidential, efficient and responsive administration and secretarial service to both the Principal and the Senior Leadership Team.

If you are a team player who is interested in working in a dynamic and energetic environment, perhaps with previous experience in an educational environment we would welcome an application from you.

In return, SAPMAT will offer you:

  • The chance to make a real difference in the lives of our children
  • A friendly and supportive team
  • Continuous professional development
  • The opportunity to grow your own career within the trust
  • Employee benefits including Staff wellbeing program

Please refer to the Recruitment Pack, Job Description & Person Specification for full details of this opening.

Please see full details of our Child Protection Policy / Safeguarding Policy.
