The successful applicant may be involved in supporting phonics learning: clear pronunciation of English is therefore essential.Ideally, candidates will have a minimum of 2 years’ TA experience in the last 5 years including phonics. Knowledge of working with children in an educational setting, of curriculum and learning strategies and an understanding of children's needs would be an advantage.Ideally, experience related to the role would be beneficial, but a willingness to train is key, along with being comfortable working under one’s own initiative.

What the school offers its staff
