Part-Time Mainscale Teacher M1-M6 job summary

We are seeking a passionate and committed Part-Time Primary Teacher to join our friendly and supportive team. The successful candidate will carry out the professional duties of a teacher as outlined in the School Teachers’ Pay and Conditions Document, under the reasonable direction of the Headteacher.

As a valued member of our school community, you will:

Deliver high-quality teaching in line with the National Curriculum (including EYFS), PSHE, and the agreed syllabus for Religious Education.

Plan and deliver engaging lessons that inspire, challenge, and support all learners.

Use assessment data effectively to inform planning and set clear targets for pupil progress.

Promote pupils’ spiritual, moral, social, and cultural development, including British values.

Understand how children’s development affects their learning and adapt teaching accordingly.

Integrate ICT effectively into teaching and classroom management.

Uphold and follow all school and Trust policies, including safeguarding, health and safety, and equal opportunities.

Take an active role in the wider life of the school, including extra-curricular activities.
