Part Time Class teacher KS2 (Job share) Required September 2022 MPS 1-6 One year fixed term (Thursdays and Fridays) We would like to appoint a part time class teacher who is caring, enthusiastic and hard working to join our supportive and friendly staff. This post would suit a creative and inspiring teacher, who has high expectations for all pupils; proven knowledge and skills of effective teaching and learning; and the ability to be flexible and work well as part of a team. The successful candidate would share class teaching responsibility with an experienced teacher. Oakthorpe is a warm and welcoming school that serves a diverse community. Oakthorpe is a 2/3 form entry Primary School situated to the south of the London Borough of Enfield. The school is proud to be a provider of Initial Teacher Training and many of the teaching staff trained here themselves. Therefore we have a strong, stable and experienced workforce. Our core values of excellence, creativity, respect, confidence and creativity are at the heart of our curriculum. We offer a wide range of enrichment activities for all pupils. Pupil behaviour is excellent and we have strong partnerships with parents and other stakeholders. Staff have excellent relationships with pupils and really care about providing high quality education for all.
We have onsite provision for up to 8 children with speech, language and communication needs within a specialist resourced provision (SRP).
