What skills and experience we're looking for

Be practicing catholic or willing to support the catholic ethos of the school

Recent and relevant Teaching Assistant experience Stage 2

Be prepared to work collaboratively with our experienced and highly skilled staff

Have numeracy/literacy skills at GCSE level 4 or above

Have excellent behaviour management skills

Have high expectations of pupils' achievements

Be able to support children in addressing gaps in their learning
