Pastoral and Attendance Officer job summary

We have approximately 1500 pupils in the Trust taught and supported by around 300 staff and we plan to grow the Trust over the coming years. We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Pastoral & Attendance Officer to join our busy school team

You will be friendly, welcoming and passionate about attendance and engagement in learning.

Working hours: 37 hours per week 8.30am - 4.30pm with a 30-minute lunch, term time plus 5 INSET days

£22,490- £23,213 actual annual salary

Our ideal new team member will be:

Customer focused in establishing a welcoming reception experience for parent, pupils, visitors and staff.

Comfortable in a busy, high-pressure environment

Passionate about efficiency and proactive communication

The calm in a storm when things are busy.

Highly reliable, flexible and able to use own initiative to solve and foresee problems.

Knowledge of our computerised system (Arbor)
