Kellington Primary School is looking for a warm, resilient and proactive Pastoral Lead to join our team.
This is a varied and rewarding role supporting children's wellbeing, behaviour, attendance, safeguarding and engagement.
You will be a key member of our Attendance Team, working closely with children and families to identify and remove barriers to regular attendance. You will build strong relationships with families and work collaboratively with Early Help and other external agencies to ensure children and families receive the right support at the right time.
The role also includes responsibility as Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead (DDSL), working closely with the DSL and wider safeguarding team to promote the safety and welfare of all children.
🌱 Thrive experience desirableWe would particularly welcome applications from candidates who are qualified or experienced Thrive practitioners. Thrive experience is desirable rather than essential; we are also keen to hear from professionals with experience in pastoral care, safeguarding, attendance, SEND, behaviour or family support.
