Head of Year (Non-Teaching) job summary

The full job description and person specification for this role are attached below. 

The post holder will take responsibility for the pastoral welfare of a designated group of students and ensure effective communication with the families of these students, to engage them as key stakeholders in their child’s educational experience.  The Head of Year will ensure all students in their care are ready for learning. 

Full time - 40 hours  per week

Term Time Only plus 5 Training Days, 39 weeks per year
