Riverbank Academy currently have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Pastoral Leader to join the team.
Job overview
You’ll be responsible for contributing to the whole life of the School, always remembering that our core purpose is to improve the education and lives of the children and young people at the School. Implementing the Riverbank curriculum by meeting the professional teaching standards and teaching of pupils. Across pathways manage the day-to-day running of the area by supporting staff teams with behaviour, attendance and welfare concerns.
Job requirements
- Qualified Teacher status
- Experience of leading a team
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be empathetic and understanding to the needs of students
- To be able to apply specialist skills to supporting in meeting the need of complex SEND
