Pastoral Leader job summary

Our Lady & St. Bede Catholic Academy is looking to appoint a Pastoral Leader (Term time + 3 days) . As a Pastoral Leader you will play a vital role in supporting the emotional, social, and behavioural wellbeing of pupils, helping to create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing school environment. This role is ideal for someone who is empathetic, resilient, and passionate about making a positive difference in young people’s lives.
