What skills and experience we're looking for
As the Pastoral Leader, you will providehigh quality pastoral support across the academy, working with others to ensure appropriate plans and strategies are in place to support healthy social and emotional development. You will ensure that vulnerable pupils are ready to learn and to support them in and outside of the classroom. You will provide a positive and professional image of the academy, in all dealings with parents/carers, visitors and outside agencies.
