Pastoral Manager job summary
This is a varied and rewarding role where you will make a real impact supporting the Pastoral Team within the school.
We are looking for someone who is:
- Highly organised, with excellent administrative and IT skills (Microsoft Office proficiency essential).
- An excellent communicator, confident working with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Proactive, flexible, and able to work independently under pressure.
- Creative and enthusiastic about promoting professional development opportunities.
This role is 37 hours per week, term time plus 5 Inset days.
