An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Pastoral Officer to join the team at Trinity Academy Akroydon.

In this role you will be supporting the operational leadership of the pastoral system across the academy with the aim of raising the aspirations/self-esteem and attendance of students as well as supporting the development of enrichment activities which contribute to students’ emotional and academic development. You will also liaise with staff, parents, other education institutions and multi-agency partners to support students’ progress and overall development.

We are an ambitious and growing Trust which has eleven schools in total: six secondary schools, four primary schools and a post-16 college, spanning five local authorities. This is an opportunity to join a high-impact leadership team, and experience cross-Trust working with members of staff from each of our academies and central support teams
