Hours of work: 37 hours per week / Term time only + 5 training days (39 weeks)

Are you passionate about supporting young people and their families? Linslade School is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pastoral Support Assistant to join our team!

You'll play a vital role in our pastoral team, contributing to student inclusion, safeguarding, and academic success. You'll work closely with students, parents, and external agencies to ensure the well-being and development of our pupils, including supporting attendance and offering one-to-one guidance.

We're looking for someone with experience in safeguarding and child protection, who can build strong relationships and effectively coordinate support for children and families. Knowledge of relevant policies and the ability to work collaboratively are essential.
