We are looking for an ambitious, energetic and exceptional individual to be out new Pastoral Assistant at Waltham Toll Bar Academy.

The Pastoral Assistant will work closely with our Pastoral team to monitor and support students' behaviour.

We are looking for an experienced candidate who demonstrates a strong desire to support students and improve behaviour across the Academy.

A crucial part of this role will be managing behaviour and running an inclusion unit.

The successful candidate will hold ambitious expectations for all students.
