Pastoral Support Key Worker job summary

The Directors are seeking to appoint a Pastoral Support Key Worker to support a case load of our most vulnerable students with a particular focus on social emotional and mental health (SEMH) issues. The post is permanent, full time (37 hours per week), term time only plus the Academy’s five INSET days. Hours of work each day are: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 8.20 am to 4.15 pm and on Thursday from 8.20 am to 3.20 pm – with 20 minutes for lunch each day. The post is paid on Grade D (Points 7-11) of the new NJC salary scale – the approximate actual pro-rata starting salary on Point 7 is £16,798.
