Deliver mentoring and intervention programmes that help students develop confidence, resilience, positive behaviours and engagement with learning.
Support the school's safeguarding provision as a Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead (DDSL).
Act as Young Carers Lead, ensuring students with caring responsibilities receive the support they need to thrive.
Who you are
An experienced pastoral practitioner who is passionate about improving outcomes for young people.
Skilled at building positive, professional relationships with students, families, colleagues and external partners.
Compassionate, approachable and resilient, with the ability to maintain high expectations and clear boundaries.
Confident supporting students who may face challenges relating to behaviour, attendance, wellbeing or engagement.
Able to use data, professional judgement and a solution-focused approach to identify needs and coordinate effective interventions.
