THE ROLE
Stradbroke High School seeks to appoint a Pastoral Worker to join our House team. The core purpose of the Pastoral Worker is to support the pastoral needs of the students, including attendance and behaviour. The Pastoral Worker will also act as a first aider, mental health first aider, and act as a Designated Safeguarding Lead if required.
The Pastoral Worker will work with all members the House team, reporting to the Assistant Headteacher with responsibility for Pastoral.
